We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and items must be free of dirt, hair, or field use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Exo Mtn Gear products are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We build our gear to survive the toughest mountain conditions.
Can I upgrade my older Exo frame to a newer bag model?
Yes, one of our core design philosophies is backward compatibility. Most of our newer bag designs are compatible with older frame generations using our simple adapter kits.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
