At Exo Mtn Gear, we stand behind our equipment and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
